Seminars or ‘events’ are listed on the company’s website or custom web page in a searchable list.

Visitors click on an event listing to sign up and are brought to a sign-up page where they can log-in to their account with a username and password or sign up for the first time.(forgotten emails can be retrieved through the users email box by entering his or her email address)

When a visitor signs up for the first time, he or she is sent an email to confirm his or her identity. The visitor clicks through on the email and is automatically added to the CRM database. When a user signs up for an event, he or she is added to the enrollment and sent an email confirmation which includes the event information. (with further confirmations or reminders that can be sent at your discretion)

When the user receives the email confirmation, he or she may click on a link in the message and add the schedule information directly into his or her CRM calendar application including MSOutlook, ACT!, Lotus Notes and PalmSchedule using the same Infotriever® technology that Sabre uses to manage travel confirmation and details.
