Having troubles viewing a website or running a web-based application?

You are using an application which uses cookies to operate properly and track relevant information. Your computer did not pass our test to see if you are accepting cookies and we require this to proceed with what you are requesting. These cookies are used for system operability and not for the collection of personal information. If cookies are disabled, you will not be able to view advanced online reporting or login to our online interactive systems.

We recommend adding the url you are visiting (the site which directed you here) to the "allowed" list of domains to set/use cookies or adjust your privacy settings to allow cookies from all sites.  If you know how this is done in your browser, please make these changes and return to the application which directed you here.

Other issues which can affect your experience on some websites and operating web-based applications

The following are other potential bottlenecks in using and accessing advanced website features or web-based applications. You should investigate these if you continue to have issues after addressing your cookie settings.

Firewall settings
Please ensure your computer firewall settings are not restricting you access to the website or application which you are trying to view/run. For more information about this, please refer to your firewall software and/or the manufacturer.

Corporate Network Security
Some corporate networks will restrict access to websites and web-based applications. Please consult your Network Administrator for more information and to make special arrangements if you require access to the website or web-based application you are using.

More Information on the Understanding and Handling cookies

What is a cookie?
Websites and web-based applications store information in a small text file on your computer. This file is called a cookie. There are several types of cookies, and you can choose whether to allow some, none, or all of them to be saved on your computer. If you do not allow cookies at all, you may not be able to view a websites, view advanced operations on these websites or use our online education systems.

How cookies are used?
A cookie is a file created by our application to store information on your computer, such as your course test progress when enrolled and completing an online course, or for accessing information via a 3rd party server in cases where you are running our advanced online performance reporting tools on some of our websites. Our cookies are not used to store personally identifiable information. Once a cookie is saved on your computer, only our application can read it, no other website has access to information stored in it.

Your choices in working with cookies.
All browsers allow the use of cookies; however, you can change your privacy settings to specify that your browser prompt you before placing a cookie on your computer (this enables you to allow or block the cookie); or you can prevent your browser from accepting any cookies.

You can use the browser privacy settings to specify how you want to handle cookies from individual Web sites or all Web sites. You can also customize your privacy settings by importing a file containing custom privacy settings, or by specifying custom privacy settings for all Web sites or individual Web sites.
